			Waord is a Stone Giant hermit who spent decades living alone in darkness beneath the earth. He worshiped the earth and stone itself and sought to seek enlightenment in isolation. This isolation was broken by the arrival of Thrya Cloudbreaker who engaged in a conversation in a discussion about faith and religion that lasted thirty days. At the end Waord offered worship to the Shattered Mountain and agreed to join Thrya's Ordained. Afterwards Thrya showed Waord how to create the [[Stone Rune]], increasing Waord's already tremendous healing abilities.

However, they know all too well the effect that a failed mission can have on people, having seen them all too many times in their field training. Draft stepped up, and became a sort-of impromptu leader to the group, and even if their ideals weren't well received, they managed to rally the team up enough to deal with their first mission, when a building in the downtown area exploded in the distance. They were scattered and ill-prepared, and their rollout was...somewhat ineffective, but they managed to make it to the scene, where a dinosaur-esq monster (in Amia and Draft's eyes, at least), was waiting to attack. Despite their rough start, the team managed to work surprisingly well together, taking the monster down quickly and discovering that, in some sense, it was a dog that was transformed into the monster, which Draft vehemently campaigned to adopt. The party managed to convince the police that the dog was safer in their hands, and set out to try and find a safe spot for it, White Whale suggesting to take it to the safe house where he stole a car from to get to the scene. They all showed up together, but when Balancing Act returned home, White Whale told them to hide, which Draft took seriously.
