			After the rogue [[Mind Flayer]] [[Myxlixinal]] reactivated the ship, Aloysius continued to try and kill all the intruders. During the battle, the ship was destroyed along with the Overmind, and Aloysius' spirit was free to pass into the next life.

			After decades of being trapped within [[The Lost Hoard\|the lost Mind Flayer ship]] beneath [[Wyvern's Roost]] and with [[The Overmind]] wearing away at his sanity, Aloysius Tempest went insane. They would madly cackle and ramble, speaking with their own voice and the voices of the Overmind. Now and again they would regain clarity and try to warn those around them to run and flee for their saftey.

			Aloysius Tempest was once a member of a famous adventurer alongside the ranger [[Harrow Grimfold]]. They would undertake the mission of slaying the two-headed [[dragon]] [[Kavanmort]], managing at one point removing one of its hearts. Along with Kavanmort, the party discovered the abandoned Mind Flayer ship beneath Wyvern's Roost, which Kavanmort planned to use to expand his conquest and destruction. Knowing there was no other way to defeat Kavanmort, Aloysius broke up the ships navigational system, a puzzle box known as [[The Aestorian Codex]], and managed to fuse his mind with the ship's dormant intelligence, the Overmind. Now with control of the ship, Aloysius trapped Kavanmort in stasis within the ship, but at the same time sealed himself within the ship to protect the world from what they had become.
