A firm believer that magic should not be relegated to the realm of practicality, it was initially hard to get Galazeth on board with Captain Dapplewing's plan, but time spent together creating, perfecting, and inspiring others led them to realize that their mission was more alike than they thought, and with that, Prismari College of Art was formed.

			To round out the school (and his theming), Captain Dapplewing attempted to seek out another dragon, which was not easy, as many dragons had not mastered magic's core in a way that he desired for his school.
