If asked she responds that her dad is away at work and she's been trying for "a really long time," to get someone to help her. Hope is desperate to get her ball back and will give the adventures anything try want if they will help her.

The party can chose to leave her behind.

If the party is level 3 or greater, Hope can also summon a Flameskull named Kitty, that has a stat block of a Flameskull and acts friendly to the party unless they attack her.

If Hope is with them she will grab the ball and start pressing runes on it. The adventures can try to stop her, but they will find that the young tiefling's powers have suddenly increased, to BBEG levels and she can summon up to 4 Flameskull (Kitty, Spike, Doggo, and Grimm) at a time.

If the group either doesn't stop Hope or is defeated, the last thing they hear is "Welcome back Daddy! I missed you." Before being transported to a random inn as a loud crack of thunder rings through the air.

If the group does defeats, Hope she will give them their agreed items before screaming in pain and disintegrated before their eyes.
