	If her parents had their way, Josie would have never seen field-work. Her parents (both members of the Free Defenders) were never sure they would be able to have children. A handful of remaining heroes, including Josie, united and determined that the only way to prevent this was to stop Top Hat before they became Top Hat.		Unfortunately that day came. ==Personality==
Cheerful and a little bit distractible, Josie is intensely loyal to those she considers her family. Her parents were also part of the Free Defenders, so she has been with the organization her entire life. However, they wanted to keep her away from danger and, while she has super powers, they were not as overtly useful as some of the other heroes. So, prior to being sent back in time, she was relegated to desk-work (the "D" team). She spent much of her time reading the novelizations and fan-fiction versions of the Silver Age, and she's always been a bit of a historical fiction junkie.
