The unicorn was eventually freed by '''Steve the Homeless Guy''' as part of a magic ritual, but after the unicorn was freed, Daley themself came back to Parkerland, reclaiming the magic gears that powered the clocktower, breaking it for good.

It was considered a miracle that brought new hope to all of unicorn kind. It's generally agreed that John shared qualities of both Bob and Steve.
