If the pillar was to be destroyed or deattuned, it would cause the demiplane to separate from the dragon, trapping whoever was inside, as well as preventing anyone outside from ever entering the dragon again. This was a dangerous way to build a ship that is larger on the inside, but as time was tight and [[Umbralhound]] was already pouring down everyone's necks, it was deemed the best way to quickly finish construciton
