During Realm War I the town of West Sleepy River was under control of the Steelhand Clan's surface wide Kingdom. They enacted martial law and curfews to keep the peace during The Cavalry Rush as there was quite a large sense of rebellion, with the town being so far from the main Steelhand forces in the Middleflaren Mountains.
